Bob Sanders asked for a new Bass trombone piece. This piece is smaller overall than His original signature mouthpiece. Designed to be super efficient while providing plenty punch. Medium Cup depth, with a comfortable rim, and not to large of a throat, combine to make this mouthpiece fun and exceptionally versatile.

"The Scirocco had its genesis in my retirement. I thought something a little smaller might be in order. We started with a piece Larry Minick made for me decades ago with a few alterations I suggested and added some Giddings magic and voila!. However, it turns out I still love my signature model best, but this piece is just excellent and deserves to be available.
