Boston Brass Tuba mouthpiece designed for Sam Pilafian. This is a medium large inner rim diameter of 1.295 inch with a medium deep cup. This mouthpiece is very versatile and works well on many different tubas. This comes standard with the most versatile Medium weight sleeve. The adjustable weight changes the density and playing characteristics of the tone. Matt Summers introduced this idea to me and the Boston brass quintet loved the idea.
